A Kosher Wine Tasting, Episode #422, 3/6/2008 (link) 90 points(Segal's Cabernet Sauvignon Special Reserve) #1; COLOR-dark; NOSE-very interesting green action (asparagus/pickle/celery stick); a little alcohol; some very lovely red fruit (strawberry & some plum action); TASTE-this is far more advanced in structure than many $15-$20 California Cabs; the fruit is very pure; nicely integrated Oak; great raspberry jam fruit; nice chocolate meets cedar on the back-end; little hints of tobacco dancing; stunned by the crazy long finish; Balance w/ a capital "B"; solid; little hint of basil and gorgeous plum/raspberry components on the finish; DR-88; GV-90
