  April 24, 2022 - Had with steak, port/shallot reduction.
  Needed a few hrs to open up.
  Very tasty, but needs to be drank asap.

  March 14, 2020 - No formal notes, but this was fundamentally delicious on day 1 and showed no signs of tiring.
  
  Beautifully balanced fruit, seamless, and mature. The tertiary aromas area beautifully evolved and this would have been a great match for mushroom risotto, though the burger was pretty outstanding.
  
  1/3 of the bottle remained, was kept at room temp under cork, and was just as enjoyable the evening after.
  
  Outstanding value. Wish I'd bought more.

  July 17, 2019 - Extra credit for showing well on a camping trip after rolling around in the trunk. Elegant and balanced. Vibrant and perfect match for ratatouille.
