October 30, 2015 - This wine has always shown beautifully straight from a P+P. It has just begun to show slight evolution beyond that marvelous fresh red cherry fruit it has had from the get-go. Surprising depth and complexity for what is expected to be such a "simple" wine. BRAVO

February 4, 2011 - Despite the average saying this should be drank by 2007, this bottle drank very well. It has lots of berry fruit with a touch of sour apple. Tannins nicely balanced. This wine is not finished may even be drinking at its peak.

January 17, 2011 - Popped and poured. Tons of fruit and some grip on the back end. Excellent, even outstanding.

    December 25, 2010 - Notes consistent with 12/24/10.

December 24, 2010 - Light ruby color with a sweet red cherry nose. Initially, I thought there was less to this wine. I liked the sweet red cherry, tart red cherry blend with some red candied licorice highlights, but the weight of the wine snuck up on me. Perhaps it was more noticeable 60 minutes after the bottle was opened. But there is more body to this wine than is obvious at first, and yet it maintains its light fruit presence.
