December 26, 2023 - Well balanced. Dusty smooth tannins, medium acidity. Cassis, dried berry fruit, cedar. Bitterness creeping into the fruit profile (not sweet fruited palate but still a bit of the sweet fruit left over). Very tasty.

My third top up was absolutely stunning with a deep core of fruit and softer tannins. Most glasses though did not have the concentration of fruit and the tannins were drying. Needs drinking up.
