February 12, 2007 - Still plenty of fruit and spices for a 2000. Has at least a few more years left.

March 6, 2006 - Blackberry and cassis on the nose with spice. In the mouth the fruit is deep and convincing with an almost liquer like quality to the flavor. Long fruit-filled finish. No signs of fading. Will improve with time.

March 1, 2006 - Really quite nice at this age. Very rich cherry fruit. Very well balanced tannins. Some pleasant spice character as well. Everything in balance. Better than it was a year ago. Could probably go at least another year.
