  January 26, 2015 - Decanted thru vinaerator. Consumed with an English (beef) pot roast dinner. Big, racy, balsamic laced, dark super ripe fruit. Although heavy on both fruit and acidity, there is overall balance between the two. Tannins and heat are well integrated. Very pronounced and appreciated finish. Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Ready to drink now.

  January 30, 2014 - Decanted two hours (needed at least three). Dark garnet color, reticent nose, ripe dark fruit, cola and pepper followed by a lingering finish with just a little too much acidity initially but settled down after 3 hours in the decanter. Has at least a few more years to go.

  December 25, 2013 - - Crimsom color. It's somewhat balanced with a medium/full body. Round texture with a medium finish - Better after sitting for awhile.

  August 5, 2010 - I like this blend of Cab and Syrah. It has a nice nose with hints of blueberry and sweet cherry. It has a silky finish and is well worth the money. I need to purchase more of this to drink on a "Tuesday" night.
