July 24, 2008 - Fresh mineral nose, with a whiff of sea air. Strawberry notes, with a nice zippy acidity. Not very complex, but a nice summer wine. Went well with a summer squash and pasta dish.

July 22, 2008 - Small and bright strawberries on a somewhat tight nose. Taste: Starwberries, custard, and a bit of seashell make for a delicious summer quaff. Paired nicely with tomato tart (guyere, goat cheese on puff pastry with a light touch of thyme).
