September 21, 2023 - In memoriam Bordeaux tasting for Piet Kuiper (@ RvD): Creamy, even a bit lactic bouquet with cherries and tobacco. On the palate some graphite, juicy and friendly, a slight touch of sweetness, good acidity and round tannin.

February 26, 2023 - Impressive quality for a second wine! Fruit is very well in balance with tertiary aromas. A little bit thin in the middle.

March 12, 2022 - Black fruits, vanilla and cocoa exulting from the first nose. Opened up and drinking all along the dinner. Blueberries, violets, leather, pencil lead aromas. Provided a great acidity, mellowed tannins, and a full body. Drinks wonderfully now, and for the years to come

September 29, 2019 - A spectacular 2nd wine from this iconic St. Estephe winery. Deep red fruits, kerosene, barnyard and brambles. Cut tobacco on the finish...wow!!
