March 5, 2009 - "Silky smooth." The bottle has aged well, but it is time to open it and enjoy. The fruit flavors (plum, cherry) are distinct, but blend together nicely. The finish lingers nicely.

November 3, 2007 - Average bottle of wine. Was a re-gift from a friend. Definite blackberry and a little earthy vegetable, like beet or potato on the nose. Was very bitter out of the gate, and after decanting for 3-4 hours it really didn't change much Typical grocery store cheap wine.

March 16, 2006 - Got this in a gift basket a few years ago, but it has held well. Nice Merlot touches with softness at the beginning and a slowly developing complexity over time, to a fine, smooth finish. Maybe I should buy it for myself!
