April 12, 2008 - Very much a Kiwi style S.B. Not the typical CA style. Very green. Nice lime peel and lemon grass aromas, with hints of grass and grapefruit. Nice Acidity and mouthfeel. There was also nice minerality. Somewhat creamy but not overly rich. Enjoyed with grilled chicken, roasted artichokes, and fire roasted yams. On a hot day this wine is fantastic when served very chilled! Quite refreshing!
