May 15, 2013 - Not a typical Zinfandel. Beautiful nose and elegant taste. Not toasted bud a taste of ripe berries. Drink now.

January 13, 2013 - Perfect and perfectly rare. A beautiful expression of Dry Creek zin without a hint of spoof.

October 6, 2012 - Tasted side by side with the Nalle Primativo. This tasted slightly sweeter, but was still very good with lasagna!

April 12, 2012 - I had the extraordinary opportunity to drink a 1964 Chateau Haut Brion. After lingering over that bottle for much of the meal (Filet Mignon with sautéed wild mushrooms), we had a tough decision on what to drink next. We chose this wine and it was an outstanding choice. After about 15 minutes in the glass the nose opened up with a beautiful red berries. It was classic Nalle with finesse, structure, fine fruit and a lingering finish. As the evening went on the bottle continued to give and evolve. This wine had a tough act to follow and it did so with great aplomb.

March 17, 2012 - Sampled 3/16/12 Took only about 20 minutes to fully open in the glass. Soft and smooth and simple. Nice strawberry notes, some vanilla, some herbs and a little Oak.
