  July 31, 2022 - Deep draw in color. Nose of honeysuckle, white peaches, red apples, and end of limestone. Tastes of lanolin, ripe peaches, hint of grapefruit, and limestone. Lovely balance, nice acidity and in a great place. Drink now and over the next 5-7 years.

  April 30, 2022 - PNP, needed 30 min to open up. Opened with a Durand, cork was pretty crumbly. Amber color. Mostly honey, a bit of overripe apple and pear in the background. Not heavy at all, 9% ABV, comes across a bit off dry, but with nice acidity leading to a finish that is both tart and sweet. Good mature Riesling.

  February 17, 2022 - Gold going to brown. Cork didn’t have any life left. BKed apple but not much else. Just about finished. Miles of acid components the weight of the sugar.

  July 6, 2021 - {AP 6 03, cork, 9%} Mid gold. Developed nose of stewed apples, honey; all the hallmarks of great aged German riesling. The palate follows on consistently, with medium weight, medium acidity, lovely aging flavours, and a medium length finish. Keeps hinting at being sweet but hangs back - seems off-dry at the start but then finishes crisply enough for nearly twenty years. Really lovely. Only caveat - it fades quite quickly, and wasn’t nearly as impressive after an hour opened, so I’d say get into these quick smart. Great cork too.

  November 13, 2018 - Sweet and at peace.
  
  An aroma of hot rocks splashed with water. I know it sounds weird but think of when you were a kid and the rain came down on a hot summer afternoon.
  
  There are fruits on the brink of drying so they've been doctored with a touch of rich honey. The palate is mostly skin deep although its very soft and welcoming.
  
  The aroma is more "intellectual" I suppose. While the flavors just sit you down and shove a popsicle in your mouth.
