May 22, 2021 - Je le croyais passé mais non.. Légèrement poivré, cuir, beaucoup de prunes confites, un peu de musc, champignons, peu de fruits, relativement long. Carafé 2,5 hres. Tout à fait satisfait avec contre filet sur Bbq avec petits légumes en papillotes.

April 11, 2021 - Deep Red ripe fruit on the nose with hints of flowers. Delicate rounded taste of plumb and red fruit aromas. Some butter and leather there as well.
