December 10, 2023 - A really beautiful example of how lovely 06 whites can be. Admittedly rather lackluster in most reds I have had, I find that this Ramonet typifies to aromatic intensity and balanced richness that I have come to love about the whites.
Certainly some fat around the edges, but that richness has lent to lasting and robust bottle - still in check. Wonderful. -

October 21, 2022 - The one with Capital Rs (Kolabo): Capital R
2006 Ramonet BBM in perfect shape and drinking stupendously. Bouquet showed a bit more development than previous flight with lilies, jasmine, peppermint, ripe yellow fruit and cream. Palate shows some menthol/mint, yellow japanese peaches and orange/lemon oil with depth and steely minerality. Damm, this was pretty smoking!
