Community Tasting Notes 4

February 23, 2021 - This was ruby colored, medium bodied with red and black fruits giving way to rustic, dusty herbs and spices, tobacco, floral notes and a bit of green pepper with tangy moderate tannins on the finish.

July 2, 2011 - Dark robe. Not very complex, a bit rustic. Could improve with a few more years.

July 2, 2011 - Dusted, slightly diluted cherry, green pepper and herbs. Light herbal tinged spices and a hint of violet. A real greenness on the nose. Drinking fine now but could be put away for a few years. Medium bodied, with medium plus tannins. More on the food friendly, greener, slightly rustic side.

May 25, 2010 - Very rich, dark, deep fruit core, smoky and yet and very fragrant red fruits, a touch jammy, very nicely presented, rather complete except it is a bit rustic and yet I love the style of it. Very ready to drink now and I guess it is a good value too! One of my star of the 2010 UGC Bordeaux tasting in Hong Kong.
