October 23, 2023 - Really, really good bottle and I would say on the spot to drink now. mature tones blended with fruit and a fresh, but not to sharp, acidity. Honey, lime, pinapale and apple pie with vanilla curd (apples, bread and vanilla). Long aftertaste. Will probably not improve if you dont like your champagne even more matured but from this bottle I guess it will hold for several years to come.

July 30, 2023 - Aan aged wine, it still expressed a freshness that helped me connect to it. Lots of apple with some oxidation, what I wrote down as a 'browned apple' quality. Juicy, spicy fennel, with some light sherry notes.

Grassy, butterscotch Nose. Medium-light palate, with its fruit falling away; light finish; not much there.

July 29, 2023 - Served blind. Wild that I had this wine a dozen years ago. Lots of color here so we were again thinking a well aged bottle. Reserved nose showing oxidation. The palate showed its age with some coffee notes and plenty of wood. Ultimately a bit empty. I like it a lot better in 2011.

January 4, 2023 - This wine has developed very nicely over the years. It still has an intense green apple flavor but also some aged flavors. There should be no reason to age this a lot longer than where it is now but it should stay at this level for quite some time. Impressive wine and age has really improved this a lot!
