  December 18, 2010 - Juicy citrus on the nose. Enjoyable. Early in the evening the acidity was out of balance but as the evening progressed and we got on to food the wine really starting working. Lacking in complexity but the balance of acidity and tannin made it compelling. The palate does develop with air time. Can't say this will ever be a blockbuster but I think with a few more years this will be a nice overall wine.

  August 1, 2010 - I loved the nose, but was only lukewarm about the palate. The nose was full of earthy tones, ripe fruit, and a pleasant touch of barnyard. It was light, almost too light, on the palate with touches of spice, mushroom, anise, and tart cherries. Not bad, but not winning any awards in my book.
