  April 18, 2014 - After several years, still in a very nice spot and not close to flattening out. Tropical fruits. Grapefruit, pineapple and maybe a touch of coconut. The impressive acidity is there. Brighter straw color has mellowed to a golden hue. Fantastic example of top notch California Sauv Blanc at great price.

  November 22, 2012 - With Thanksgiving Linguine with White Clam Sauce. Very flavorful. Still quite young. A bracing contrast to the clam sauce.

  September 29, 2011 - We are getting to the end of these. As other notes have indicated, these are definitely a bit on the older side, but the nose is still nice, with grapefruit, tropical fruits and some honey to go alongside grassy fields. Palate loses some oomph, as the acidity has mellowed. This is still fine to drink but is not going to be as vibrant as some fresher newer SBs.

  September 16, 2011 - The last bottle of a case of 12.
  Wonderful aromatics of pineapple, passionfruit and other exotic fruits jumped out of the glass. On the palate the wine was also dominated by exotic yellow fruit, but with nice precision and a backbone of fresh acidity. The wine was however not as fresh as the previous bottle i had about a year ago. Drink up!
