November 25, 2011 - Light and fun, a little fizzy. I got cola and green pepper from it. Enjoyable, but not something I'd hunt for.

May 30, 2010 - Delicious. Dark garnet with no bricking. Deep, luscious fruit. Soft but intense in flavor.

September 27, 2008 - Opened at La Bastide Bistro w/Julia... Rich burgundy in color, Powerful red ruits on nose at opening. Big and inviting. Intial flavors of cherries, cola, spices, slight fizziness that blew off w/in 15 minutes, nose showed a burnt rubber smell w/in 15 to 20 minutes that mellowed /w time, not offensive. Tanninis mellow and nicely incorporated, medium finish. Went well w/the french fare. I would buy and drink again.
