September 30, 2023 - A gorgeous btl. Nose of soft earth, spice, black tea, delicate oak toast; so elegant. On the palate: balanced acidity and density, black tea, wild strawberry, spice, juicy fruit and soft black tea on the finish, which shows attenuated tannin. Absolutely stunning right now (off the list at Le Montrachet in Puligny so provenance is near perfect).

November 5, 2020 - One hour decant sufficient but better still with more air time. Showing nicely; tightness of earlier years giving way to still precise but softening red fruit. Clean, mid-weight structure. Not big, but beautiful.

July 12, 2020 - Very good pinot that was quite dense and full of darker berries, with a silky attack that unfolds into some tart black cherries, some beginning complexity and a little spice box, but mostly quite fresh and slightly grippy although the finish is not so long. I would wait a while still for it to soften further.
