  December 30, 2023 - Stil hanging in there. Big favorite of the several bottles brought to the poker game. Needed an hour or so to unfurl. Definitely won't be getting better, time to drink up.

  June 28, 2021 - Full bodied yet light on the palate. Took one hour to fully open. Flavor was of deep cherry . Enjoyed over rib eye

  December 26, 2020 - Superb Napa Cabernet Sauvignon, drinking beautifully at 15 years. Resolved, lean cassis, plum, chocolate, oak toast, tobacco, and vanilla, with nice acidity and a long, blue-fruited finish. Soft, complex, harmonious, with a strong sense of style and place. Nicely restrained 14.7% ABV. Through 2025.

  October 3, 2020 - A little closed at first but developed into a nicely matured Cabernet after some decanting. Paired with dry aged steaks. Lots of secondary flavors. As good as Hartwell Reserve we had before but in a different way.
