OK, this time I'll say Riesling, but more like a Rheingau Auslese than a classic Smaragd. Another 2005 Austrian wine that is much too ripe and rich for its own good, although not as bad as some.

  April 11, 2012 - double blind. fetching with nice mix of mild petrol and expressive fruit. hardly a blockbuster, but nice.
