July 21, 2023 - Finely aged Barolo drinking nicely. Still some sour cherry and cranberry but giving way to heady saddle leather, menthol, dried rose, oregano, mushroom, balsamic, soy and at times dried fig. Still some fine tannins and acidity - though both fading generously. Nice finish med - light body remains.
