February 20, 2018 - A private dinner (Restaurant Baut, Amsterdam, NL): Nice and easy, supple and juicy, off dry, soft, lively mousse, decent length. An unpretentious quaffer. Nothing prestige about it.

October 17, 2010 - Remarkable sparkler - somewhere between sec and demi-sec, although not sweet - rich and meaty is perhaps the right definition with gentle, plenty bubbles. Drink now.
