Community Tasting Notes 3

May 15, 2023 - Quite and old expression but still alive. It is mostly dominated by the oak impression now but still with a lovely acidity and overall expression.

April 8, 2016 - Tuscany BYO (Valby): A bit odd as it was quite oxidized but still very tasty and structured. It doesn't appear as if the oxidization is part of what the wine is supposed to be.
However, it did actually didn't feel defective and tasted blind it could easily just have been part of the wine profile.
Plenty of sherry notes with salt but also a pure and very clean delicate fruit.
