November 8, 2019 - Bordal chez Albert (Vega, Ausone, Haut-Brion, Mouton...) (Chermignon): Pas aveugle. Fin de dégustation, les palais étaient un peu fatigués...
Encore très bon mais sur le déclin, notes tertiaires de sous-bois, mousse, tanins fondus.

November 19, 2008 - Incredible nose and very youthful for a 30 year old wine. This must have been a tannic monster in the first years of its life. Had it with beef steak and bearnaise sauce. Once again proved to me why one should keep Bordeauxs in the cellar. Best wine I have had in a long time.
