Community Tasting Notes 3

November 12, 2009 - I love the nose, like clean Bordeaux with a little smoke. The palate has maraschino cherry, blackberry, plum, pepper and spice. The aromatics influence the palate a little and this has something in common with Cotes Du Rhone or even maybe a hint of Bourgogne. Nice acidity.

June 17, 2009 - Nice wine for $7.99. Soft, easy to drink, went down smooth.

June 13, 2009 - tight nose with absolutely no fruit, some stinkiness, dusty barnyard
on the palate dry, alcohol burn, with an almost fortified taste, disjointed-all over the place
short finish. maybe with a steak & mushrooms this might hold together, but i'd hate to risk a perfectly good steak
