November 28, 2016 - Surprisingly bright for its age. Light dried cranberries on the nose with a hint of allspice. Palate is silky with blackberries and a hint of spice with late hitting tannins that hold well through the finish of this pretty wine. Wish I had a couple more...

December 6, 2009 - full, mellow round red with a lot of earthy character. Drank at a party so don't have specific notes. Seems dead ready to drink -- doesn't have the acid to go a lot longer.
