October 5, 2016 - So good! This has definitely rounded out... When young, it was a mix of individual pieces - honey, lychee, lanolin, nervy acid. With age, it's matured into a seamless composition. Integrated flavors, with a resilient streak of acid and mineral that keeps it tasting so fresh... and it's 10 years old! Plenty of strength and personality to keep it going , but why wait? Tomorrow is so far away...

December 2, 2013 - Dorato chiaro. Al naso da l’impressione di essere in fase di chiusura, con deboli sentori di sasso di fiume, fiori gialli, susina, camomilla, finocchietto, agrumi, acacia. Più generoso in bocca, netta la mineralità e gradevolissimo il tono mielato
