June 3, 2005 - This seems to be fully mature now. Just a little oakier than I'd prefer, but there's still plenty of fruit, and it's well balanced. Not terribly complex, but a nice cab. Drink over the next five years.

February 15, 2004 - This has really fleshed out since the last time I had it. Opaque ruby/plum color. Bright, expressive cabernet fruit. Blueberry and blackberry on the nose and palate, with a bit of a coffee note. Lively acidity and well-balanced tannins give this a real nice mouthfeel and finish. This might even improve a little more. I'm glad I still have nine bottles.
