August 31, 2013 - Nose of plum, anise and licorice. Semi dry palate of cherry flavors with a spicy medium body. Soft and well integrated tannic structure, although still some bite. Has the mouthfeel of a Merlot rather than a mature Cab. Short to medium length finish with a touch of heat. Very decent, but nothing special here.

June 10, 2010 - Day 1: Too spicy, pepper, too much oak.
Day 2: Revisit on second day, the spiciness is not overwhelming, this has improved much.

June 1, 2008 - Value for money. Fruity with toasty oak, a little spicy at the finishing but smooth overall.
