Community Tasting Notes 1

January 22, 2010 - Medium red. Very clear. The nose has scents of raspberry, dark chocolate, and earth. The palate is medium bodied with initially soft tannins that clamp down hard. Nice sweet fruit. Closed at first but opens up after a couple hours of air. Subtle medium length finish. Overall a nice wine but seems a little disjointed at times and although it has some nice aromas and flavors is a libble bit simplistic.
