September 1, 2022 - Brought this to Tunglok Peking Duck (Orchard Central) last night for a farewell for a colleague. We had silver bait fish, peking duck, crispy fried prawns, nai bai with Sakura shrimps, lobster porridge and mango sago.
Glittering gold in colour. Aromatic notes of peach, apricot, nectar, honeycomb, and kamquat. On the palate the wine is lush, rich and delightful.
At 15 years of age, this age is matured and with all the elements in place and pulling in the right direction, this was sensational when paired with the dessert. Pure indulgence. -

November 22, 2020 - Petrol notes on the nose. Honeysuckle, lime. Sweet and viscous but balanced well with acidity. Yummy but not the most complex.

December 25, 2019 - Wow, apricots, pear, honeysuckle all shine through. Very sweet on initial mouthfeel with residual sugar on the back but showed so well. Had with a 2009 and this destroyed it. I have one left and I don't know when we will drink it but it will be hard to resist to drink soon
