  July 21, 2013 - The wine is significantly past its prime so I am calling flawed. I ended drinking all of this bottle --it wasn't bad tasting but not good either....I used it to hopefully educate my palate...I like aged wines and would love to see some tasting notes on this wine from the late 90s.
  
  The wine was a dark golden and the nose had some toast and butterscotch. The flavors were smooth and toasty with some "green" chard fruit flavor and acidity. I'm not sure how thethhis would have tasted at its prime but my guess is not great. The finish had a lot of bitter butterscotch and a touch of dryness.. Give it a rating of 70 as is

Still has decent acidity - but not alot going on outside of leftover toast and some heat. Drinkable but several years past prime.

  June 3, 2008 - Less interesting than teh 93 Forman, and that was a bust. There is no there, there. A flat blah wine that has qualities closer to water.
