Community Tasting Notes 10

July 9, 2014 - Rich dark burgundy color. Light sophisticated aroma. Tastes are soft fruit and tannins, no harsh flavors.

April 26, 2014 - Held its own all these years, glad I held on to it! Very enjoyable now. A bit murky, rich color, but the rich aroma and spicy flavors of roasted blackberry & smoked bacon, with firm tannic presence makes it quite respectable. Bravo Brian Carter!

January 4, 2013 - Picked this up about four years ago on our last trip to Seattle. Since we just got back from the Pacific Northwest I figured it was time to pull this one at our local almost BYO. Great cherry fruit and wonderful balance. A great food wine with a lasting finish. Certainly did not wait too long. Excellent.

February 5, 2011 - An ok wine for me. My wife liked this more than I. I found it a little over ripe and hot. I would not recommend this wine at this price.
