September 15, 2019 - Opened this bottle and straight up had a pickle aroma and taste.. cork was fragile and was able to pull it out.
Lots of sediment.
After airing a little the flavor started to produce aromas of Blackberries, Chocolate and Fig Jam.
In the mouth, silky texture, heavy at the start, then fading a tannic acid finish.
Over all nice but past its age.. -

December 31, 2016 - This (05) is the wine that made me fall in love with Syrah. I have stocked up on various vintages and feel the 07 is the best, however trying this again brought back amazing memories of being blown away. This is drinking great but you could tell this won't be getting any better and these should be drank

June 30, 2014 - - Crimsom color and aromas of blackberry, black currant and cherry. It's somewhat balanced and has flavours of black currant, blackberry and cherry with a medium body - Really nice Syrah but needs an hour or so to up up.
