July 2, 2010 - This has more flavor and structure than you often find in pinot grigio. It was very friendly on the mid palate. The winery tasting notes are aromas of honeysuckle, orange blossom, peach and star jasmine with similar flavors along with white peach, ripe Asian pear, warm cinnamon, with a bright, lively, crisp acidity. I don't know about all that, but I would say I noticed stone fruits and agree with the honeysuckle on the nose and if it's not too cold, a bit of melon flavor. It is quite delightful.

February 27, 2010 - Picked this up on a whim as I needed a couple of whites for a party. I don't drink much Pinot Gris but I did enjoy this wine quite a lot. Straw colored with some nice floral and citrus notes on the nose. On the palate the wine is clean and crisp but has nice weight and tropical fruits through to the finish.

September 6, 2009 - Served at the Mosher's with a Chicken dish and a corn/bean side dish, also a potato salad side dish. This worked well with the spicy corn/bean side, somewhat with the barbecue chicken and spicy balsamic-like marinade. Overall, citrus and crisp taste, light bodied mouth feel, a bit more oak than a SB.

August 31, 2009 - Tasted 8-15-09. Nice, distinctly tropical nose of luscious fruit incl. peach/apricot/mango/pear; wet stones, minerals, & a good dose of orange-lime citrus. Very enjoyable choice with summer appetizers. Good intensity, good acidity-- food friendly, generous amount of fruit, lush yet crisp!, some mineral underpinning below the bounty of fruit. Round & luscious but not heavy, great mouthfeel. Terrific summer wine, & an exceptionally nice CA pinot gris. Don't expect an Alsatian P.G.! Of its type a great find & delivers lots of enjoyment. Good value too.
