May 2, 2015 - Fat and a bit sweet and honeyed but with enough acid and minerality to provide balance. I'd like to see if this gets better as it ages

August 18, 2012 - This botttle was better than the last and not as acidic. Balanced flavors of honeydew, pear and sweet grapefruit. Acidity was mild and restrained making for a soft off-dry finish. Seems to be developing further with a little more time. Not a rich riesling but excellent flavor profile for a lobster dinner.
