  July 31, 2014 - Paille un peu doré.
  Au nez, citron caramélisé, légèrement oxidé.
  En bouche, caramel, encore un belle présence d'acidité, légères notes oxidatives. Excellent avec un poulet(ail et hoisin). Très biens, meilleur que les précedentes mais c'était la dernière...

  November 1, 2013 - Jaune paille. Au nez, eucalyptus, miel et un peu d'agrumes. En bouche, fruits peu prononcé, miel, enveloppant, minéral, belle longueur, mais un peu chaud en fin de bouche.legere touche d'amertume en mi-bouche.

  May 28, 2013 - Jaune paille claire. Nez: pierre a fusil et beurre. Pas tres long. Fin sur l'alcool/chaude. Correct. A revoir demain.

  January 7, 2012 - Wonderful light gold color. The nose was full of peach with a touch of pear and honey. It tasted great, a blend of peach, pear, honey with thyme and clover and a slight orange zest. It left me a great sensation and the taste stayed for a while. It accompanied really well a fish, shrimp and lobster soup.
