January 23, 2019 - I found this remaining bottle of a full case after doing a full inventory of my cellar. Based on what people were writing in 2016 and 2017 with regard to the age of the wine, I would say that the downward curve of this wine is accelerating quickly (at least in 750 ml format). Unfortunately, this bottle was well past it's prime and starting to turn vinegar-ish. You can see that there was a very pleasant, typical Medoc in here a few years ago. It is still drinkable if you don't mind the over-the-hill Bordeaux flavor profile.

February 9, 2017 - First wine from this producer. I opened bottle as I suspected that it was past peak. In fact, it showed so well the first evening that I decided to wait before taking notes. That was a mistake, suggesting that the wine is at or near its peak.
Well made wine with pleasant texture, nice clean finish, deep color showing little sign of aging. In return the wine shows little in the way of complexity and depth, which holds back the score. Very honest wine if slightly new style. would buy again. -
