March 13, 2011 - Straw robe with clear rim. Clean nose, showing moderately intense lime, diesel and honeysuckle aromas. Light-bodied and mildly sweet on the palate, with crisp acidity and tangy citrus flavors. The middle is intact and the medium-length finish is refreshing. Nothing wrong with this quaffer. Although it was consumed as an aperitif, it would undoubtedly go well with light fare such as broiled fish or chicken. Drink now-12/12.

February 14, 2010 - nose of pineapple, lime and lemon rhind. On the palate the acidity is present and kind of overwhelms any fruit. minerality is minimal but present. ok
