November 11, 2021 - Deep garnet in the glass. Fully developed and ready to go straight outta the bottle. Dried fruits, cigar, paprika, some mushrooms on the nose. Palate is soft with the acidity slightly out of sync, indicating that this wine is on its peak and won’t last much longer. I’d give it 5-6 more months tops.
