July 7, 2019 - 07JUL19: Reviewing one week after drinking; wow, what a wine! After battling with the cork, opens to a warm pale gold color and notes of apricot and peach on the nose; medium body sweet wine with muted acidity (from aging); big ripe summer fruits - peaches, apricots, and even apple on the nose, which build on the palate with expected minerality and hints of slate on the finish; don’t expect a cutting young Riesling for spicy Thai foods, but a guaranteed crowd pleaser as a food wine for more savory dishes.

January 28, 2017 - German wine tasting followed by a Lunch (@ de Nederlanden): The bouquet is showing maturity and is beautiful. On the palate slightly petrol, minerals, good acidity and bitterness, lime and a good length. Beautiful wine. 91 - 92

August 2, 2012 - Lovely lively 2005 acidity, wax and juicy peach, flowers and minerals, fully mature but still energetic, nice weight, nice length. Now - 2015.
