December 15, 2023 - No bad considering it’s 23 years old and well past its prime. I got two of these off an auction. One was dead but the other was quite enjoyable. Dark sour Cherry, smoke on a very long finish.

February 17, 2012 - Jammy with tons of fruit. Let decant for 2 hours. The smell explodes in the glass. You could sense the fruit starting to drop a little, but still has a few years left. Was an excellent balance and the wine could go with anything from apps, to meal the drink by itself. Truly an outstanding wine.

August 17, 2011 - Enjoyed this bottle. Wasn't expecting it to hold up given the age, but was pleasantly surprised. Paired with bbq flank steak and it was rather responsive. Have a few (8?) more and will slowly be opening them up. Really smooth and enjoyable.

November 26, 2009 - This wine was surprisingly good for its age. It still has some structure and the fruit was evident. It was enjoyed by six tasters and all agreed that it held its age well.

November 19, 2009 - This is drinking very well right now and not past it's prime per drinking window. Huge mouth feel. Light tannins, good acidity. Cherry, well integrated. Not a fruit bomb.
