April 22, 2020 - Blood, iron, earth and plum fruit. Over the peak.

November 7, 2008 - Cloudy medium garnet. Developed, attractively complex nose with rich red fruit, some licquorice oak, pork fat notes. Medium bodied on the palate - attractively rich and complex - combination of sweet, savoury red fruit , licquorice and spice - with lovely fresh contrasting acidity. Some rustic tannins shorten the finish and betray it's relatively humble origins but nevertheless very good indeed, and with plenty of life still.
