June 8, 2019 - While others have suggested this might be over the hill, this bottle was excellent. Lots of herbs and berries, plum, and some other complexities. Long finish.

December 29, 2018 - Opened at restaurant. My last bottle of this wine. Past it’s prime. Still enjoyable, but not what it was. Definitely, should have had this bottle a few years ago. I rated this for what it was, not now, since I waited too long.

October 15, 2016 - Dark purple, earth, leather, red fruit, white pepper. Lovely and smooth.

May 22, 2015 - Dried berries, herbs, a bit of earth, and a core of currants. Nice wine clearly showing a bit of age but based on the tannin structure clearly has time to go still. Drink or hold.

    Tasted non blind.

Garnet color in the glass, a little dusty looking. Nose of tobacco, black berries, red currants and wet stones. Flavors of berries, currants and cherries. Bright acidity, medium to firm tannin, full bodied. Drink or hold.
