  December 11, 2023 - So in 2015 I wrote this had a few years of gentle descent…. Ok very gentle, since it is still showing good acidity, little more sign of aging, and black berries
  
  Opened four hours, decanted two, served cool room temperature
  
  Paired with coq au vin, then stilton and brie. Seemed better with the stilton

  December 26, 2017 - Delicious, still tasting great. Ron really knows how to make syrah intended to cellar. Aromas of black cherry, flavors of plum & leather with a medium finish. A perfect accompaniment to grilled lamb chops.

  March 17, 2016 - Another delicious Syrah from Bunnell. Admittedly I like the 2007, a bit more, but it's still a great wine. I get vanilla custard and strawberry on the nose, with spice and fruit in the body. Finish is smooth and has a custard like quality. Its like drinking a fruit tart with vanilla custard and a graham cracker crust, but without the sweetness.
