November 24, 2011 - Popped and poured. Lighter in color and weight than other pinot opened tonight. Much more layered nose of black cherries, raspberry and spice with a hint of coffee grinds. Attack dominated by characteristic red cherries and cola. Medium mouth feel with good acidity; long, soft finish. Better balanced than the other pinot (Sonoma Coast) tried tonight.

November 24, 2011 - Bright red. Smoky, peppery red fruit on the nose. Spice, sour cherries, red cherries on the palate. Balanced mouthfeel. Great with the Thanksgiving turkey.
