March 24, 2023 - Lækker cremant. Meget værdi for pengene. I næsen masser af grønne æbler og grapefrugt. Smag af både honning og brioche. Lidt mineralitet. Føles både frisk og lidt fed på samme tid.

June 12, 2013 - Aperitif for a white Alscace Bacchus tasting. Very pale with a small bubbles. Nose of hazelnut is dominate smell, fruit quite closed. On the palate there's nice white fruit, a light spritz on the tongue and bright acidity on a long mineral finish. Good.
