Community Tasting Notes 2

  • cybergod Likes this wine:

April 7, 2014 - An amazing surprise. 8 year old Viognier from the Beamsvile Bench in Niagara, Ontario. Drinks like a beautifully aged white Châteauneuf du Pape. Gorgeous mineral notes offset by an almond/nutty finish. No hint of oxidization whatsoever.

April 18, 2012 - Very balanced wine with mineral. a tough of fruit, a bit of oak and nivce acid. Has improved over the years.
